This is a delicious and nutritious product. I am so fortunate to have been able to sample it. My group of moms are mom’s of teenage boys that are athletes and watch their weight with good nutrition. (The boys are wrestlers.) This was a big hit with our group. The versatility of it is nice. You can eat it hot or cold, with or without milk. It’s also a great thing for the boys to throw in their gym bag as a snack. Thank you so much for the opportunity to learn about this product.
